Our Keller Team tracks the shipments from the manufacturers to keep arrival on time and efficient. Product is received by our warehouse, or directly on site, with our assigned crews present to unload trucks. Where necessary, entry, floors, and walls receive protection while furniture is carefully moved from truck to assembly locations within the building.
When installing modular components, furniture is unpacked, staged and then assembled in an orderly and precise manner. Power and data connections for the furniture are coordinated with appropriate contractors for proper integration. All packaging refuse is removed from site by the Keller Group assembly team for recycling.
Once assembly is complete, furniture is checked to ensure proper operation, quality standards, and spotlessness. Our client is asked to walk through their completed facility, inspect, and sign off on their finished project. Discrepencies, damage or other problems are noted on a punch list and immediately processed for replacement, repair or correction. Similar steps are initiated for reconfiguration of existing installations, and for relocation of furniture from one site to another.
