Our Keller Group Project Managers will provide design support for your "design build" projects. Our degree of involvement may vary depending on your project team goals, and desired level of integration with the furniture vendor. Examples of our involvement include: pre-construction CAD planning and specification, integrated (milestone) scheduling with other contractors, design charrettes, ensuring building design interface, adjustments for conflict situations, and budgeting.
Our Project Management process begins before order generation. We engage early on in the planning process: reviewing plans, evaluating field conditions, communicating with contractors, confirming proper integration with building data and electrical, ensuring shipments are on schedule, providing installation oversight, and punch list completion. Our Project Manager's goal is to meet or exceed the time frames and expectations that are identified at the project's inception.
